Portioning and packaging machine

Machine to portion and then pack the obtained pieces.

It is used for cooked and raw products, without bone, of maximum dimensions mm 280 x mm 600 x mm 180 height, and it is able to cut in one or two directions.

The machine measures the length of each product ensuring the precision of the portioning in the programmed number of pieces.
The hygienic design makes the machine easily manageable, even for "delicate" products such as cooked ham.

The obtained slices are transferred to the taped bags packaging, then automatically sent to the under vacuum sealing machine.
