Defrosting tumbler for frozen meat, poltry and fish

It is used to treat products allocated to cooking, such as ham or injected shoulders, but to salify coppas and bacons, but also for poultry and fishery products.

The inner knife presents two outlines, the conical spiral one for a homogenous massage of the whole mass of the product, and the other one for the total discharge of the tumblered product.

The shape of the inner knife and the variety of speeds allow a fine and energetic massage, limiting the inevitable rise of temperature of the product due to the mechanical work.

The motorization assures the maintenance of the rotating speeds, independently from the charge of the machine, and assure having the same speeds with different machines.
