Blowing and flouring systems

The mildew removing and flouring system permits the treatment of salamis and sausages hanged on sticks minimising powder and flour dispersion.

Only one worker can feed continually the plant: the standard type can produce 4 sticks per minute, that can be increased on request.

The mildew removing operation is made using compressed air ejections. The light part is sucked and filtered by a special device in back position.

The electrostatic flouring operation assures the best adhesion of the alimentary powder to the products also for long times and inside the packing either.
The exceeding flour is automatically recovered, filtered and recycled.

The control board console controls all the functions of the electro-pneumatic working plant.
